Based on the received draft of the contract the following comments are presen=
ted:

The contract is accepted as 2+2 (renting duration of 2 months and possible to=
 be continued for 2 further months.
Payment procedure, place of receiving the money as well as the currency to be=
 allocated by the ship owner.
Payment procedure through the agent of the charterer is possible for renter.
Some of the ship certificates are about to be expired and need to be extended=
 by the owner.
