1-We are in position to supply Light Crude Oil as well as Blended Light Crude=
 oil for request quantity .
2-Origin is acceptable .
3-Delivery term for Light Crude Oil is FOB for Malaysia and for Blended Light=
 Crude Oil is OPL in any acceptable port at destination .
4-Price for Light Crude Oil based on FOB term and for Blended Light Crude Oil=
 based on OPL delivery term is ICE BRENT MINUS 11.50 $ per BBL .
5-Payment term is 10 % TT for Light Crude Oil and 10 % advanced after Signing=
 the contract and 90 % in OPL before N.O.R. for Blended Light Crude Oil .
