 Referring to our previous negotiation;
Because we did not receive the warranty on scheduled date,
We handed over the cargo.
And considering the possibility of price change for next month, we
need to negotiate the price, discount and new delivery period.
Therefor, the delivery period of the contract and Amendment 1, is cancelled.
