With reference to the negotiations between Sahara Thunder and PDVSA, as per attached, Sahara Thunder has nominated Polestar Maritime Co. Ltd. as the off-taker of the related cargo.

Therefore, we hereby announce readiness to lift 2,000,000 BBLs Merey 16 on behalf of Sahara Thunder from your good company.

Kindly inform us about the available laycan time after 30 days from now so we can plan and send the vessel to the loading port in time.
