Your earlier message is well noted for DV to arrive at the designated STS RV pstn on Friday 30th September AM, and DV is ready to sail from present waiting anchorage.


However, DV will not sail to designated RV pstn until get required doc. and confirm MV is clean. Sincere hope that you can provide MV doc. as soon as possible to avoid delays in the STS ops.


Please confirm mother vessel and her flag state are non-sanctioned.


Please URGENTLY sent the latest Q88 of Mother vessel to us.
