Further to below message and our discussion with vessel Lingyang they have confirmed that it is not possible for them to do the STS operation with vessel in captioned subject as this vessel is black listed and requested for replacement with clean one.
Please check and revert with new Q88.

According to earlier provided Q88 of MV，owner's  of MT LINGYANG doesn't agree to order the ship to participate in the loading operation due to MV is an Iranian flag vessel.

Kindly change another mother vessel which is non-Iranian flag and clean. An updated Q88 to be provided by your good side.
