Please find attached MV rasied NOR (tendered on 0300LT 18-Oct-2022)  which request MT SNOW LOTUS to sign.

Please be noted that during the first STS operation, the MV initial NOR(tendered on 0300LT 18-Oct-2022) was already accepted by MM STRENGTH on 0536LT 23-Oct-2022 (see attached photo), therefore the same time tendered NOR should not be accepted by MT SNOW LOTUS again.

Kindly advise MV to amend their NOR as re-tendered form, and re-tendered time should not ealier than first STS opertion 2 vessel cast off time(1818LT 24-Oct-2022).

Please assist to coordinate above issue, thanks.
