Dear Sir,

The general inspection was carried out on main deck and comments as following:

-Hatchway to cargo hold No.1 to No.6 and slop tank P/S found small cover and coaming corroded/wasted, need chipping to confirm condition.

-Man holes of cargo hold No.1 to No.6 found cover plating and coaming top plating corroded/wasted, need chipping to confirm condition.(some need repair and already marked)

-Hatchway of No.1 to No.6 B.W.T. P/S found internal structure corroded/wasted, need repair.

-If steam line on deck are not used, need blinding and issue MO, please confirm.

-Gravity valves of ballast tanks on main deck found supporting corroded, need repair.

-All the valves on deck need maintenance to confirm condition.

-Control valves of foam guns need maintenance.

-Some piping and valves found corroded/wasted which already marked, need repair.

-Mooring winches P/S found some parts corroded/wasted and some hydraulic piping leaking which already marked, need repair.

-Skylight to pump room found cover and coaming corroded/wasted which already marked, need repair.

-The weather tight doors to pump room and deck house found coaming corroded/wasted which already marked, need repair.

-Lover ventilator to deck house found coaming corroded/wasted which already marked, need repair.

-Emergency stop box to deck house found holed which already marked, need repair.

-Lamp near pump room port found foundation corroded/wasted which already marked, need repair.

-Soft ladder port need replace.

-Foundation of soft ladder P/S found corroded which already marked, need repair.

-Ladder P/S found launching devices corroded which already marked, need repair.

-Windlass port found connection shaft malfunction, need repair.

-Chain stopper P/S found handle deformed, need repair.

-Some hydraulic piping found corroded, need repair.

-Fore small hatch cover found coaming corroded, need repair.

-Mooring line hole found cover coaming corroded, need repair.

-Fire hose box on fore deck found corroded, need repair.

-Anchor chain P/S found below limit, need replace with BV certificate.

-Sounding pipe near pump room Std. found corroded, need repair.
