 Referring to your email dated 12th May 2023 please note:

    The requested quantity can be supplied.
    The refinery and destination port would be introduced in advance to be approved by the seller.
    Delivery type shall be FOB in PG.
    Payment procedure would be 10% in advance by signing the contract and the rest 90% after completion of STS operation before cast of.
    The pricing period would be average of all quoted prices during M+1 month.
    The price of each net US barrel of Crude Oil should be average of all quotations of Ice Brent settlement Crude Oil during Pricing Period as published on the website of (https://www.theice.com) minus of fix element 16 USD/BBL for Heavy Crude Oil and minus of fix element 18 USD/BBL for Light Blend Crude Oil, with delivery type of FOB in PG.

 

Please express your opinion about the rest of the previous letter so that the draft contract can be prepared for you if you wish.
