Please be advised that as the owners = informed us, although Aftab company is the cargo owner, but the = Charterer is the only party to whom the Owners can deal as per the CP. = Also the charter party dated 29th April 2022, which has been extended = over multiple periods, very clearly mentions the trading area as Persian = Gulf except FOTT Terminal.
