Ref. to your below statement if we start tanks preparation and doing loading = from STS it would consume about 100MT (including steaming to SPM and to = Anchorage which by considering the existing ROB it may be sufficient for our = planing but if we consider the unpumbable quantity and also probable delay in = loading then the operation can not take place.

Furthered to b/m enquiry fm Charterer and explanation pls note = :

1-      = To load =E2=80=9C1 million bbls of condensate with different = spec=E2=80=9D , required to transfer ROB from yellow and blue group COT to red group = with proper drainage for segregation. Pls see attached stowage plans no 1 and = no 2.

2-      =  Tank preparation takes 12 to 16 hrs time,  If all goes well. Expect to = consume 30 mt of fuel in day of transfer.

3-      = Loading 1 million bbls is expected to consume 40 mt excluding delays and waiting = times.

4-      = During each day in anchorage without any operation fuel   consumption = of  10 mt need to be taken into account.

5-      = Above tank preparation is only for loading =E2=80=9C1 million bbls of = condensate with different spec=E2=80=9D

6-  &nbs= p;   Fuel ROB 137mt 30.06.2023/1200lt = .

Consid= ering a/m explanation and with due regard to PR-14-BUNKERI= NG 6.5.1 and  = PR-32-PO 03.11 kindly = advise.

b.       If other grade CGO QTY to load need to be loaded segregated or comingled.

5-      Considering no 4 discharge = rotations.

6-      Qty and type of BNKR and expected time and place of = supply.

 

Needless to mention if any other grade than clean condensate (SPC) is going to be = loaded =E2=80=9CNITC procedure for change of grade need to be exercised = with respect to tank preparation=E2=80=9D.  Segregation of such need to be by all means and = aspects including but not limited to: top and bottom line, manifolds, pumping = sys and  tank atmosphere.

As = reflected earlier in attached correspondence please be informed considering 90% = capacity of bunker tanks , capacity of 4,800 MT is available to receive = HFO 380. ( high sulfur).

 

NOTE: currently we have only LSFO on board, so we can=E2=80=99t receive = LSFO until consuming/transferring reported ROB, because just ONE LSFO tank is = available and mixing of NEW LSFO is not recommended/advised = .
