Considering the segregation and cargo tank plan, please note = flwng:

A.      =  to  load  700kbbls of light crude required to transfer present cargo(1-PRESENT CONDITION S.PLAN-attached) internally from yellow and = blue group to red group to make space available for ILCO with = segregation(1-AFTER INTERNAL TRANSFER S.PLAN-attached).

B.      =  after loading ILCO 700kbbl gov, vsl would be able to load 640kb SPC(load on = top of present ROB=3D370kb SPC). Total ROB SPC after loading would be = 1,010kbbl.

C.      = Pls note attached s.plans

1.     &nb= sp; PRESENT CONDITION

2.     &nb= sp; AFTER INTERNAL TRANSFER

3.     &nb= sp; AFTER LOADING ILCO

4.     &nb= sp; AFTER LOADING 640KBBL SPC ON TOP OF ROB 370KBBL (FINAL = S.PLAN)

 

Considering = a/m explications pls confirm yr kind approval for internal transfer. = Considering present speed and ETA WSNP  There is sufficient ROB of fuel for = mentioned transfer.

 

With due regard to all safety measures and requirements for risk assessment = of internal cargo transfer yr kind prompt acknowledgments would be = appreciated to avoid delay.
