Considering all pumpable ROB of LSHFO and = LSMGO, managing minimum power
consumption expect only 7 days at = anchor IAGW.



As per trailing SOF Pls note berthing of = FADAK-500 aborted by her skipper
due to unavoidable risk of bumping = of her life boat to Dune ship=E2=80=99s hull even
in very slight roll = in calm sea and no wind.



flwng factors shall be taken in = to account ref Unsuitability FADAK-500 for
assigned bnkrng but not = limited to:

1-      Shape of vessel which is a = LANDING CRAFT with long parallel body and
sharp = notches.

2-      Unavailability of proper fenders; = only old vehicle tiers are hanging
on her over side.

3-  =     Unavailability of ropes and proper mooring = arrangements.

4-    ONLY 3 PHASE ELCTRIC DRIVEN EXPOSED = PUMP WITH LONG ECTENTION WIRE IS
AVAILABLE on her deck FOR = PUMING.

NOTE : to be considered she need to pump HFO 25 mtrs = head, via 4=E2=80=9D flxbl
hose, in 200mtr long piping fm mid ship = manifold to Dune bnkr tank. 

As per her skipper this the = first time she is utilizing the pump and no
estimation for = capability/ period of pumping if capable.

5-      = According to the skipper No ships particular ,insurance ,
certificate = or documents can be presented.

6-      No FFA = observed on her deck.



Since dune is in critical risk of = fuel crises we tried our best and rendered
all possible assistance = for safe berthing.



Despite all fuel notifications  = to charterer since 25.06.2023, which are all
evident, Charterers must = hold responsible for all consequences arising from
furthered = delay.
