Dear Sir,

Due to there is a big difference between the density of the crude oil 
sample and the cargo on the Dune, so after complete discharge crude oil 
into Cathay Phoenix the plan will be as follows

1-Beauty must be discharged in a tank with  about 29k space separately
2- Mt Argo will be discharged into Dune in a separate tank
3-   Mt Harmony should be discharged into separate tank
4-In this step, cargoes related to steps 2 and 3 should be transfered to 
the tank related to step 1 at the same time and same rate
  5- After blending, all cargoes in steps 1 to 4 must be discharged in 
Cathay Phoenix
6- Finally, condensate on Dune must be discharged into Cathay Phoenix
