Thank you for your cooperation regarding the discharge at Dongying Port.
As per the current requirements, the vessel's score needs to be =A1=DC6 to = discharge at Dongying Port.
You have reviewed the vessel's current score and noted that the "Compa= ny Performance" criterion is contributing significantly.
We understand that if the "Company Performance" score can be redu= ced by 2 points, the vessel would have a good chance of meeting the require= ment for discharge at Dongying Port. However, it should be noted that the v= essel will also need to undergo de-flagging procedures.
