Also as per tech managers there w= as no direct communication or interferance from MSA during last call. Even i= f the rectification was requested by MSA, the local agent should have send it directly to MSA. MSA never contact= ed the owners or tech mgrs directly. Also our rectification report was accep= ted by PSC, and  the vessel received PC upon completion of discharge op= s. If there was any objection or interferance from MSA or PSC vessel should have been detained, however we never faced an= y such issues.
