We are writing to express our serious concern regarding the repeated pos= tponement of the meeting that was initially announced for the 9th, and is n= ow being delayed again to the 12th. We have still not been informed about t= he purpose or necessity of this meeting, and this continued ambiguity is di= rectly affecting our operations.

Had the necessary actions been taken promptly, the vessel’s certif= icate validity would not be under question today. The vessel remains idle a= t port, incurring costs, and this situation requires immediate resolution. = Suppose you are unable to resolve the issue without further delay. In that = case, we request that you immediately deploy an alternative vessel to deliv= er the cargo via STS operation and cover all associated costs without excep= tion.

We have already provided full cooperation at every stage. However,We can= no longer spend time on your various requests and newly raised issues that= appear aimed at extending delays. We believe this meeting is entirely unne= cessary at this point and request that a final decision be made within two = (3) hours from the time of this message.
